By accessing or using the Instafix24 website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Instafix24 provides AC repair, servicing, installation, gas refill, and related services through verified technicians. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error‑free.

• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted online methods. • Instafix24 reserves the right to change prices at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before you confirm a booking. • Additional charges may apply for extra parts, services, or travel beyond the service area.

• You can book a service through our Platform and choose a preferred time slot. • We will make reasonable efforts to assign a technician as per your schedule, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. • You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fee. Late cancellations may incur a charge. • In case of non‑completion due to customer unavailability or refusal to allow service, a cancellation fee may apply.

• We provide a service warranty for a specified period (as mentioned on the service page). This warranty covers the workmanship of the service provided. • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear. • Instafix24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

• You agree to provide clear and safe access to the equipment and premises where the service is to be performed. • You must ensure that the appliance is in a safe condition and that all necessary permissions are obtained. • You are responsible for backing up any data or settings before service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
